Retreat Agreement
The Bride Tribe Retreat 2027 · Orlando, Florida · September 1–4, 2027
Version 2026-09-14
1. What this agreement covers
This agreement is between you (the “Registrant”) and The Bride Tribe Inc. (the “Organizer”) for attendance at The Bride Tribe Retreat 2027, held in Orlando, Florida on September 1–4, 2027. By checking the required acknowledgment boxes and submitting payment, you accept these terms.
2. Price and what is included
The total price of the retreat is $2,497.00 per registrant. That price includes four days and three nights of shared accommodation in the retreat villa, breakfast and dinner daily, the full retreat experience and live sessions, retreat activities, and retreat gifts and materials.
Travel to and from Orlando, Florida, airport transportation, lunches, personal spending, and travel insurance are not included.
3. Payment options and payment schedule
You may reserve your place in one of three ways:
- Pay in full — a single payment of $2,497.00.
- Partial payment — pay half ($1,248.50) today, with the remaining half due in full on June 16, 2027.
- Deposit — pay $497.00 today, with the remaining balance spread across the installment dates below.
Where a balance remains, it is divided into 4 equal monthly installments due on March 16, 2027 through June 16, 2027. No installment is due before March 16, 2027. Your exact installment amounts and due dates are displayed to you in full before you enter any payment information, and a copy is recorded with your reservation.
The total amount owed is the same under every option. The full balance must be paid on or before June 16, 2027.
4. Grace period (5 calendar days)
If a scheduled payment is not received by its due date, you have a grace period of 5 calendar days from that due date to bring the account current. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify you at the email address on your reservation.
If the payment remains unpaid after the 5-day grace period, the Organizer may cancel your reservation and release your place, and all payments previously made are forfeited as described in Section 5.
5. Cancellation by the registrant; nonrefundable payments
All payments made toward the retreat — including the deposit, partial payments, and installment payments — are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except where this agreement expressly states otherwise (see Section 6) or where applicable law requires a refund.
Your place is personal to you and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person without the Organizer's prior written approval. Where the Organizer approves a transfer, an administrative fee may apply.
Because the Organizer commits to the villa, meals, and materials well in advance, no refund or credit is given for late arrival, early departure, missed sessions, or non-attendance.
6. If the organizer cancels or reschedules
If the Organizer cancels the retreat entirely and does not offer a replacement date, you will receive a full refund of all amounts you have paid.
If the Organizer reschedules the retreat to different dates, your payments transfer automatically to the new dates. If you cannot attend the new dates, you may instead request a full refund of all amounts you have paid by notifying the Organizer in writing within 30 calendar days of the announcement of the new dates.
If the retreat cannot proceed because of events outside the Organizer's reasonable control — including natural disaster, severe weather, government order, or public health emergency — the Organizer will offer you either a transfer of your payments to a replacement date or a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs already committed on your behalf, and will provide a written breakdown of any such costs.
Refunds under this section are issued to the original payment method within 30 calendar days.
7. Accommodation and villa substitution
The villa shown on the retreat page is subject to availability. If substitution is necessary, accommodations of comparable quality, size, and amenities will be provided. Room and bed assignments are made by the Organizer. Specific rooms, bed types, and roommate pairings are not guaranteed.
8. Travel, health, and personal responsibility
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, valid identification, and any travel insurance you wish to carry. The Organizer strongly recommends travel insurance, as retreat payments are nonrefundable.
You are responsible for disclosing any medical, dietary, mobility, or accessibility needs in advance so the Organizer can make reasonable accommodations. Participation in retreat activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
9. Conduct
The retreat is a shared space built on respect and sisterhood. The Organizer may remove any registrant whose conduct endangers, harasses, or materially disrupts others, without refund.
10. Photography and media
Photography and video may be captured during the retreat and used by the Organizer for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, notify the Organizer in writing before the retreat begins and reasonable efforts will be made to honor your request.
11. Your consent record
When you reserve your place, the Organizer records which acknowledgments you checked, the version of this agreement you were shown, the exact payment schedule displayed to you, and the date and time of your acceptance. A copy is emailed to the address on your reservation.
12. Contact
Questions about this agreement, your payment schedule, or your reservation should be directed to The Bride Tribe Inc. at the email address on your reservation confirmation.
This agreement is a plain-language summary of the retreat terms and is not legal advice. The Bride Tribe Inc. should have it reviewed by an attorney licensed in its state before accepting live payments.
